The organisers have secured a block of rooms at Hotel Conrads at a negotiated rate for conference delegates. Rate is $190 inc GST ($173 ex GST) per room per night for room only for either single, twin or double occupancy.

Delegates can have breakfast in Food Fantasy located on the ground level at a conference rate of $17 inc GST. Hours of breakfast service are 6.30am - 10am Monday to Saturday and 6.30am - 2.30pm on Sundays.

Delegates are responsible for their own room cost plus incidentals. The organisers will not accept any charges on behalf of delegates.

Flights

Flights into Gold Coast are readily available from most major capital cities with both Qantas and Virgin Blue. We recommend you log on early to ensure you receive the best possible deal. Cabs are available outside the arrivals terminal. Please allow approximately 45 minutes travel time to the venue.

Complimentary parking is available onsite (subject to availability) for the convenience of delegates. Level 2 has a secured area for guests staying in-house. We recommend you drive through to concierge to drop off your luggage where you will be issued with an access code to gain entry to this area for those wanting to park here.
